Returns
Of course we want you to love your purchase. However, any purchase made through www.marchmonthunter.com may be returned up to 14 days from receipt. Please request a return via email prior to returning and return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please note returned items should be sent back to us complete with the original box and packaging, and in perfect saleable condition with the Marchmont Hunter tag still attached. We will not refund items which are scented with perfume or those that show any signs of wear.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery and that you get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Marchmont Hunter will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will remain billed for lost items.
Marchmont Hunter does not cover the cost of returns unless stated otherwise in writing. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.
You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place. Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order.
Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods. If the exchange is for something of a higher value please email and we will arrange any additional payment if required.
Sale and Discounted Items
Items on sale or discontinued items can still be returned however they will need to be returned within the Distance Regulations Selling Policy (7 Days).

UK delivery time 3-5 working days
Rest of the world 5-7 working days
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and prices will be calculated at check out. Please not UK orders qualify for free shipping
All items require a signature on delivery. Delivery time is not guaranteed. Please contact us if you need shipping with a guaranteed delivery date for other options or if you have any other questions.
Any VAT/customs/duty/fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as well as confiscations or additional charges levied by your government for the importation of goods.
